Laddr's "Lux Night Off"

Monthly Trade Promotion
Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is TruePillars Pty Ltd trading as Laddr (Laddr or Promoter).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over and who scan a QR Code inviting them to register for this promotion and accepting these terms during the relevant Monthly Promotion Period.

Employees and officers of TruePillars Pty Ltd who are directly involved in conducting the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 9 October 2026 and will continue until withdrawn by Laddr in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion is conducted in monthly entry periods (each a Monthly Promotion Period). Except for the first Monthly Promotion Period, each Monthly Promotion Period begins at 12:00 am AEST on the first day of a calendar month and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on the final day of that calendar month. The first Monthly Promotion Period begins on 9 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 October 2026.

Entries received after the close of a Monthly Promotion Period will be included in the following Monthly Promotion Period, provided the promotion is still open and the entrant remains eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible entrant must, during a Monthly Promotion Period, scan the Laddr QR code displayed at a participating Laddr activation and complete the required entry details at laddr.com.au/lux-night-monthly.

Entry is free. Only one entry per person is permitted in each Monthly Promotion Period.  A person entering during a Monthly Promotion Period is not eligible for any subsequent monthly promotion (ie. A person is only eligible for 1 monthly draw)

By entering, the entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions, including the marketing consent in clause 9.

5. Prize

There is one prize available for each Monthly Promotion Period consisting of a Hilton Hotels voucher valued at AUD $500.

The value of the prize will be increased to AUD $1,000 if, at the time of the relevant monthly draw, the winning entrant is following at least one of Laddr’s official social-media accounts:

•   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/laddrfinance/

•   Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/people/Laddr-Finance/100086662665145/

The winning entrant must provide sufficient information to enable Laddr to reasonably verify that the applicable social-media follow requirement was satisfied at the time of the draw.

Following Laddr on social media does not provide an additional entry or increase an entrant’s chance of being selected. Each valid entrant has an equal chance of being drawn. The social-media requirement only determines whether the prize awarded to the winning entrant is valued at $500 or $1,000.

The maximum prize value for each Monthly Promotion Period is AUD $1,000. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw

One winner will be selected by random draw for each Monthly Promotion Period.

Each monthly draw will take place within five business days after the end of the relevant Monthly Promotion Period at Laddr HQ, Collingwood, Victoria.

Each valid entry received during the relevant Monthly Promotion Period will have an equal random chance of being selected. Entries do not carry over into subsequent monthly draws.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.

7. Winner Notification and Prize

The winner will be notified in writing using the contact details provided with their entry.

Laddr will determine whether the winner has satisfied the requirements for the increased AUD $1,000 prize and will notify the winner whether they have won a AUD $500 or AUD $1,000 Hilton Hotels voucher.

The prize will be provided to the winner within 28 days of the relevant draw.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If Laddr is unable to identify or contact a winner after making reasonable efforts, Laddr may conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner for the relevant Monthly Promotion Period, subject to applicable law. Any replacement winner will be notified in writing.

9. Privacy and Marketing Consent

By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to TruePillars Pty Ltd trading as Laddr collecting and using their personal information:

•   to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw and contact the winner; and

•   to contact the entrant from time to time by email, SMS or other electronic means with information, offers and marketing communications about Laddr and Laddr’s products and services.

Entrants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in Laddr’s electronic marketing communications or by contacting Laddr.

Withdrawing marketing consent after entering the promotion will not affect the entrant’s eligibility for the promotion or any prize already won.

Laddr will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

10. Social Media

This promotion is conducted by TruePillars Pty Ltd trading as Laddr and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that any social-media activity undertaken in connection with the promotion complies with the applicable social-media platform’s terms and conditions.

11. Sole Responsibility

This promotion is conducted and administered by TruePillars Pty Ltd trading as Laddr. Laddr is the sole promoter and administrator of the promotion.

12. General

Laddr reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and whether the requirements for the increased AUD $1,000 prize have been satisfied.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Laddr’s control, Laddr may substitute a prize of the same or greater value in accordance with applicable law.

Laddr may vary, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Any variation, suspension or withdrawal will not affect prizes already awarded.

The promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian state laws governing trade promotions.
